One of Holcim Costa Rica's main engines, received a Major Maintenance at our Service Center located in Coyol de Alajuela, which included:

✅ Diagnostic tests and inspection.

✅ Disassembly and general inspection.

✅ Inspection and rectification of rotor slip rings.

✅ Thorough inspection and cleaning of windings.

✅ Oven drying process at controlled temperature.

✅ Varnishing process with Class F insulating varnish.

✅ Installation of new bearings, by induction.

✅ Static electrical certification tests.

✅ Dynamic balancing (ISO 21940-11 standard).

✅ Re-assembly and final finishing (painting).
