    Routine predictive maintenance contracts are common for wind farms in this sector, allowing end users to manage their repair needs while ensuring reliability in an efficient and flexible manner. Over the years, OX ENERGY has developed special repair techniques such as reverse engineering, improved insulation systems, high quality application-specific copper, insulated bearings and vacuum pressure impregnation (VPI).

    Our Costa Rica-based Electromechanical Service Center is ISO 9001 Certified, with 60 tons of lifting capacity, and we guarantee the reliability of repaired equipment, with excellent turnaround times and competitive prices.

    Online Monitoring and Predictive Damage Prevention

    We supply the latest Online Condition Monitoring technology to carry out static and dynamic electrical tests, vibration analysis, alignment tests, thermography, and non-destructive tests on site.
